The company prefers to use RDI Service, to handle all its deliveries especially where difficult or heavy items are involved. All deliveries are supervised by RDI's managing director, George Katsimbris. All deliveries are invoiced to the client by Artifex London at cost. The delivery charge is itemised on the furniture invoice and is subject to VAT. If customers prefer to make their own arrangements and employ the services of an alternative transport or delivery company, please notify Artifex London in advance. Please note that Artifex London's liability for damage ends once the furniture has been released. For this reason, most customers prefer to employ RDI Service for the peace of mind it affords. Customers may also collect completed orders from our London warehouse. There will usually be a charge for storage of items for any length of time after completion of manufacture. Please request a quotation for storage, if required.
